Easy and Quick Operation

Long Battery Life

LED usage is one of the largest battery consuming factors for ESLs. With other ESL brands, one hour of LED flashing per day reduces battery life by two to three years, which means they require battery replacement much more frequently.

Thanks to Newton’s extended battery life, even heavy usage of LEDs will only reduce the battery life to 7-8 years. That’s several times more than your average ESL.

Reduced Human Errors

Pickers don’t need to scan barcodes for each item, since they can simply pick items off the shelves using the visual signal from LEDs. This means less human errors, more productive staff, and satisfied customers.

Geolocation

Newton gives operators the capability to locate all items on a digital map, thanks to Newton location tracking technology. Even inside large distribution centers, workers can see the locations of all items on their list, and calculate the optimal movement and work efficiently.

Real-Time Speed

With Newton’s fast update speed, pickers can immediately see the blinking LED of the ESL which indicates that they have to go to that shelf to pick items. Subsequently, the ESL will show the latest quantity available in the bin in a few seconds after the picking process is completed.

Multi-color Operation

Newton has a 7-color LED, allowing it to be used in various ways. A specific color may be assigned for error indication, low battery status, or to mark the last item of an order list.
